YouTube is one of my favorite websites. Not just mine, it is one of the world’s favorite websites. And in case you didn’t know, YouTube is the second biggest search engine after Google.

While YouTube is great for all kinds of videos, it’s a great resource for music. There are thousands of music videos and songs that can be found on YouTube. It’s a heaven for music lovers.

But today I want to share with you a lesser known feature of YouTube which makes it ultimate destination for finding great music.

All you need to do is type the name of an artist or band and a playlist will be created for you instantly based on top songs of that artist. You can play the songs in the playlist automatically, mix it up, or select the one you like. It’s much better than searching and playing individual videos from the main YouTube interface. When you get the playlist, you can share it, like it, and add it to your favorites. In addition to that, you can just find out what’s popular these days by clicking on Play top hits link.

I have spent countless hours discovering great music on YouTube Disco. I have come across songs that I didn’t know were performed by a specific artist, and I have found songs from artists that I knew many years ago and had forgotten since then.
