As per my experience most of students who are getting unsucess more than 5 times.. I felt, The sucess is depends upon the moode of exminer. RTA cant control it... People specially from INDIA, PAKISHTA, NEPAL, BANGALADESH,are more difficult to get the license from emirates. They are looking hte personnality, color discrimination etc... They do partiality between indian and Other Nationalites. RTA is Worst while conducting Road Test. I ask only One Question : Can RTA Dubai can gurrantee that once they Certify any peoson clear fo Licence the he will not meet Accidents. I do agree that obe should be good driver but i also agree One cannot be Perfect. Even RTA peole can't. I think 45-50 classes are enough to make one person a good driver in Dubai.
