What men want

You can find tons of books, movies, talk shows, about the inner workings of women. Lots of research goes into how ladies think, what do they like, dislike, what pleases them, what makes them upset, how to keep them satisfied. It took us, the men, ages to learn that shopping can brighten up the gloomiest of moods and sometimes we just have to listen to them and try not to solve every problem they encounter.

If only women would make half the effort to understand men, the world would be a much better place (not that it is any bad now, but you get my point). If only they would take 15 minutes out of their shopping sprees and ponder over what a man wants, what are his expectations, how does he feel, what makes him tick, what boosts his ego, what makes him cry (yes, sometimes we do cry, but not in front of ladies), and what makes him roll on the floor laughing his ass off.

Below are top 5 generalizations about men (the sequence is my own; you might find it in different order elsewhere). They are so general they apply to almost all men. However, each one makes a point about men’s behavior, which can be manipulated to apply to someone specific. The bottom line is that men are not robots, they have feelings and they do sometimes misbehave when in stress. And when I say misbehave it doesn’t mean they act mean, it just means they act in an unexpected manner. If only women would work on the reasons behind this unexpected behavior and try to eliminate those reasons.

This post is dedicated to the ladies. Go over the following points and see how your man is similar and different to it. Then think about it for few minutes and you will realize that your man is not that bad. Good luck.

5. When a man doesn’t answer a question right away, it doesn’t mean that he doesn’t care. He just might be thinking before answering.

4. It doesn’t matter how many glasses of milk he drinks in his life; he will never learn to rinse the glass out when he’s through with it!

3. No matter where you put the hamper, he will always throw his socks on the floor.

2. Men are just as insecure about their bodies as women are.

1. Men are really just people, with emotions, regrets, fears and dreams of their own.
