It’s funny how people react when they get a call on their cell phone. In my office, we don’t get very good wireless reception, so whenever somebody’s cell phone starts buzzing, they rush towards the exit to be able to talk properly. A funny situation was witnessed by us when a coworker’s cell phone started ringing. She picked it up and rushed outside to answer the call. As soon as she stepped outside the office, the call was dropped. So she came back, only to repeat the drill as her phone began to ring again. It was hilarious for us to see her back and forth several times in an attempt to make a phone call. At the same time it was ironic. The cell phones have changed our lives and we cannot stay unaffected. I guess that’s one of those side-effects of technology about which no one can do anything at all.

A simple little solution for her the next time this happens. Go outside for once, and call the caller!
How very true we have become slaves to technology- the cell phone is the worst of them all, even with the computer, if I have a problem with it i cant rest peacefully untill i have fixed it.
People feel that everytime their cell phone rings they have to pick it up. I have known people to have taken both hands of the steering wheel to receive a call on their cell.
People behaves just like crazy when their cells ring and show that there is nothing worth in life than to listen call even passing by a crowded road or boarding in a bus..
