It seems like I have developed Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. The keyboard of my laptop is not very ergonomic and that might be the reason for it. Now I need a new laptop. And I am broke, remember? Another dilemma! Life is sure keeping me busy.

You can use an external ergonomic Keyboard or use a wrist pad.
