Oh my god! What a day it has been! My car broke down in the middle of jam packed road and I was ripped off by a bunch of amatuer motor mechanics. It later turned out that they make a living out of ripping off people by fixing their broken cars and charging hefty amounts from them. And they did a shitty job and I will probably have to get my car checked again at a service station. Next time if my car breaks down like this I am going to leave it there and get back with a professional mechanic, or get it towed to a service station. No more falling for the cheap tactics of amatuers. Another lesson learnt.

Leaving a car unattended in Pakistan is a bad idea. It will get stolen in no time.
why would somebody steal a broken car?
awww – well with the happenings around town these days, thank ur lucky stars u didnt get robbed of ur cell phone and wallet while standing there waiting for someone to fix ur car!
~ just another perspective, hopefully it’ll make u feel better.. hehe
That’s not too hard. They could repair it themselves and take off with it.
And I agree with dysfunctional. Getting your cellphone stolen is pretty much standard experience, everybody goes through it.
thats why i called a friend to stay with me until the car was fixed. made me feel safer and i had someone to talk to and support me arguing with those morons. the safety was taken care of but i still got ripped off. will have to take the car to a service station tomorrow cuz its vibrating like anything.
Oh Gawd… it’s these expereinces that really remind me how fortunate we are. Thing is, a sly mechanic in Toronto will do the same thing to you car. It’s standard. Finding a mechanic you can trust it hard anywhere in the world. I was very fortunate alhamdooillah to have found mine. Being a woman they take you for a ride! Pun intended!
All the best,
