More than 90% of the voters don’t engange in an sporting activity, including myself.
That’s not a good sign. We stress our body to the max working 9 to 5 and beyond. Needless to say, the human body is a complex machine. It requires care and maintenance. If our food intake is not ideal (in terms of health, not quantity), and we don’t utilize the energy generated by the food, the body will suffer. It will just wear out and rust. So it is very important to include exercise and sports in your activity so that you can stay fresh, performing, and healthy in the long run.


I walk 2 km daily, does that count as excercize?
Jony, I would hardly count that as exercise, unless you jog 2 km every day
