  • You sound like a loser. I am suprised by your assumption that these people lead a “perfect life.” I doubt that they are even satisifed people.

And just for the sake of comparison, imagine a villager in interior Sindh sitting amongst his friends, telling them that some people study in schools and they can afford to work in an “office” when they complete their studies; they have “electricity” to light up the night; they also have something called a “fan” to cool them off in the summer; they don’t have to worry where they will get money for their next meal; etc. etc. Their children also go through the same cycle.

  • When things are not under control, one does feel, and sound like a loser.

Back to the topic, how can you be so sure that these people are not satisfied? I think this is just an excuse that we have created, like sour grapes, to justify our position.

Money can solve lots of problems. It can even buy happiness, and if spent carefuly, it can buy satisfaction as well.

Nevertheless, not many people go through this notion of perfect life. It might just as well be a figment of my imagination.

  • first time ive been here-
for the past few weeks my msn nick has been “in search of the marvellous”-

youd be surprised at how many people i know like that- who are miserable. MISERABLE. so it brings us to the fact that- its gotta be about something more than that eh?

  • It might be that we didn’t live a life that was too good..but we got what our parents could best give us.
above all, I believe that u have enough skills and education that you will make your future wonderful and one day your children would be writing on their blog about the great life the are living and I can imagine the smile on your face:)
    Cheer up!

I have actually seen the opposite in most cases. Such kids end up being poorer, less intelligent than their parents.

I for one am quite staunch in my belief that if you want to live a geuinely carefree existence … become a hippe. The life you’ve described is rife with troubles, just like everyone elses … perhaps not financial but theres always a flip side to the coin.

I kinda wish I lived in the 60′s … I would’ve become a Deadhead and modelled an existence on following the band … lived off selling bootlegs and merchandise … proceeds going towards lsd and the like … now that’s TRULY a life that knows no trouble

rich or poor……only people living a satisfied and contented life are ones who have been honest to themselves and to others, who have worked hard and have led a responsible exsistance…..read Ashfaque Ahmed’s ZAVIA (1 & 2), it will answer your questions……even for cinderall’s story to come true she had to be kind and hard working….believe you me life has a lot to offer you just have to work consistently and honestly….again I’m speaking from personal experience….
