How could I not get involved in something that has been the topic of heated discussions for so long. Instead of playing the blame game, we should do something to keep this from happening again. The only suggestion that I can come up with is that private cubicles shouldn’t be allowed in the cyber cafes. They should be organized like a computer lab, with at least 10 computers having access to high speed internet, and maintained like a library: no loud music, no discussions allowed. If implemented properly, this step will not only eliminate the missuse of net cafes but will also increase their quality and be more attractive to the general public, specially those who really need an internet connection and want to do some serious work. |
