There are times when you doubt everything that’s around you. You are constantly in a state of disbelief. You question even the most basic concepts that you grew up with. You are unsure of every step that you take, and every little thing that you do feels useless. Nothing is motivating enough to raise your head again.
That’s the time when you must change something in your life. I have always believed in change. Constant change. Improvement. Evolution. Stagnant water is poisonous. If I am the same way for a long period of time, I will lose all the motivation to do anything.
So what should be changed? Here are a few options.
Diet, clothes, car, city, country, job, friends, almost anything that works.
Of course, the bigger the change, the harder it is to make it.
Stop for a few moments and think what would make you happy RIGHT NOW! A scoop of ice cream perhaps? If it is something that simple then by all means have that scoop of ice cream and enjoy every ounce of it.
If it something more complicated then realize that whatever change you are going to make is for greater good. Don’t be afraid. You deserve to be happy.
If you want to change your car then you must start now. Sell your old car and start looking for a new one. Then enjoy driving your new car with pride.
If you have issues with the city you live in, no one is really forcing you to live there. Update your resume, talk to your friends in other cities and start hunting for a new job. If your employer has offices in other cities, talk to them about relocation options.
If you are sick of the job, no one said you will work at one place for the rest of your life. Find something that you like and say goodbye to your boss.
Hang out with friends that you have’t met in years. Discover their life.
Just realize what would make you happy and make those changes to be happy. Not doing anything is greater sin.

wouldn’t it be better to find da cause of being depressed rather than avoiding it and it hits back u again, or its like u get depressed without any reason?
Can you tell us more about the car you bought? Still waiting to see a post about that!
nice post. how about changing your wife?
How about looking at old photographs?
Shoaib: Of course, finding the cause is the key, and sometimes the cause is nothing but routine life. And getting out of the routine life sometimes kills the depression.
Zeeshan: I will make the post about my new car. Please be patient. You don’t have to leave same comment on every post.
Zubair: Sure. If that works for you then go ahead and do it.
Noori: Whatever works.
And, at times people just get drunk three days in a row and things get ok.
