Looking for laptop

After some research, I have decided which laptop I am going to buy. I had to choose between a Pentium-M (Centrino) or a Mobile Pentium 4 system. I am going for the Mobile Pentium 4. Although Centrino technology is revolutionary, but it’s still expensive, and it’s the first generation of it’s kind. I want to wait for the next generation Centrino processor, something more powerful and affordable. I can get a Mobile Pentium 4, 2.4 GHz, with a better battery and still save few hundred dollars compared to a Centrino system of similar configuration. And I will be hooked up with the power lines most of the time, so battery life is not going to be much of a problem until I move to Pakistan and face the power problems.
