I attended this two day workshop on improving your sales skills.
Unlike the previous workshop that I attended, I actually enjoyed this one. Mainly because the trainer was very good. Also, this time the group activities were meaningful and provided the participants a chance to analyze themselves and realize the areas where they can improve.
What I learnt the most is that to become successful in selling, you have to believe in what you are selling. You have to make your customer believe that what you are selling is what they need, and only you can provide it. There will be times when you feel as if nothing is going right for you, as if you are at the wrong place at the wrong time, and there is no hope, but if you keep on believing and keep on trying, you will sell. So persistence is the key.
