There two kinds of people, those who have enough money to buy anything at any price, and those who try to save every penny by finding bargains.
Fortunately for the second kind of people, Dubai has a lot to offer (needless to say there are plenty of options for the first kind as well). Below is a list of online and offline sources where you can find great deals in Dubai guaranteed to save you money whenever you decide to spend it.
Entertainer Book
The first and foremost and probably the oldest source of getting hot deals in Dubai (and rest of UAE) is through Entertainer books. The concept is already well established in USA, where you purchase a book full of discount coupons which can be used at various outlets. The cost of the book might seem a bit high but after using the coupons a few times it pays for itself and then the savings start. Last year, we purchased the Entertainer Family book and ended up saving thousands in dining out, theme parks, and fast food. Plus it gave us more options to explore the city by selecting something from the book and trying it out.
Online Deals
What might probably give the Entertainer Books a run for its money are the online deals offered on countless websites with new ones appearing like mushrooms every day. Here is how it works. A deal is posted online for a specific time period (usually 24-hours) and users are invited to purchase the deal online. Once a specific number of people purchase the deal, it becomes valid and everyone receives the coupon via email, which can then be used at the outlet offering the deal. The deals usually offer discounts of more than 50% which is what makes them very attractive.
So, below are some of the online deal websites catering to Dubai (and UAE). As mentioned there are a lot more out there but below just a few which I use and are probably the best.
So go ahead and sign up with the below websites. You are guaranteed to save some money.
Do you use these are any other sources to get discounts? Feel free to share your experiences.

After trying out the discount sites,
I am quite sure the discounts are made up as in the price is inflated just to show a discount.
Let me elaborate with these three examples.
1. Had booked a 1 night stay at Golden Tulip Dibba , when I get there the direct price during the discount period is the same. ( only difference was that lunch was also included in the discount coupon that I purchased )
2. Ditto when I had purchased a coupon for Barracuda, UAQ; The same price was available if one went there directly during same period.
3. Had purchased a coupon for Iftar at restaurant. Again , one could avail the discount price if gone there directly.
So far I have yet to see a genuine discount on these so called discount sites.
