But smokers are not criminals yet and they should not be marginalized. If there is a smoking free area, there should be a with a designated smoking area where people can enjoy their cigarettes. In my opinion, "The Dubai Mall" is nowhere near as good as "The Mall of the Emirates" nor the mall attached to the Intercontinental Hotel in Festival City. Have you heard about the next "Largest Mall in the World" project that Gilari is constructing out at the "City of Arabia"??? I just got back from a 10-day trade mission in Abu Dhabi & Dubai.
