Last weekend I went into the desert with friends and had a great time. Check out this photo essay to get a glimpse of it. Click on the images to view full size.
We were in two big SUVs.
I was in the black car. We were following the white car because the dude driving white car was more expert in desert driving. It’s hard to drive in desert because the sand is very soft.
He cruised up and down the dunes with ease.
But if you are not careful you can get your car stuck in the sand.
And it can get very hard to get your car out of the sand.
You have to dig the sand away from the wheels to make way.
You can use the shovel if you have it.
Not an easy job when you are burried in this deep sand.
But you have to do it if you want to live.
This is how a Nissan Petrol looks like when it is stuck in sand.
If you are lucky you can find someone to pull you out with a tow.
Ah… the rescue.
Once out we were cruising again.
Mr. Camel was also there to see us.
Sand duneing is fun - but heck you have barely touched the excitement if you have not been to some offroad adventure in pakistan.
