Cricket – Round 2

So the first round is over and we have following eight teams eager to reach semi finals.

Australia
South Africa
Sri Lanka
Bangladesh
New Zealand
England
West Indies
Ireland

I don’t expect Ireland and Bangladesh to survive in the second round. Not against Australia and South Africa and New Zealand. So these two teams are out. I would pick England and West Indies as other eliminated teams from this round. So my guess is that following four teams will play the semi-finals.

South Africa
Sri Lanka
New Zealand

If there is any surprise waiting for us, that would be West Indies who might be able to make it through.

Let’s wait until April 22 to see who does qualify. Trust me each and every match would be worth watching. The real world cup starts now.
