The famous theatrical circus, Cirque Du Soleil, has arrived in Dubai. The shows will run from March 5 to April 5. Cirque Du Soleil is not just any ordinary circus. It’s a fusion of circus and theater. The performers are called characters and there are acts instead of performances. Every show is based on a theme. The theme in Dubai is called Alegria which means Joy. I listened on the radio the interview with a couple of characters of the show and they sounded very inspirational. The enjoyed what they were doing and were excited to be a part of something that was entertaining thousands of people around the world. It’s very rare to have found a job that you truly enjoy.
So if you are in Dubai between March 5 and April 5 2009, make sure to see Cirque Du Soleil. The tickets cost between 300 AED to 1000 AED depending on where you are seated.
