I am back in office after two weeks of vacations. I stayed in Dubai taking care of the formalities one has to go through after having a newborn baby. It’s still not over yet. A lot has to be done.
In other news, I have booked a new Honda CR-V and I am expecting to get the delivery anytime now. For all I know it might be today.
I am compiling a detailed post on my experience of having a baby in Dubai and what are the processes involved before and after the birth.
Stay tuned.

Hi,
Welcome back. Hope all is well at your end and you are enjoying the change (and getting enough sleep).
And congrats on the CRV. Good choice.
Cheers.
Ammar
Umar, congratulations to both you and Unaiza on the beautiful baby!
Maybe, instead of writing about the process of baby arrival in Dubai, tell us how you’re feeling in the new world of parenthood, joys and challenges, hopes and fears, etc…just a friendly suggestion from a long time reader
Sara » thanks for the wishes. although my blog is not mainly about my personal life but i will try to work on it nevertheless
Do they offer Honda, Toyota or Chrysler mini-vans in Dubai??? If they do, you should’ve bought one of those rigs. Welcome to the club.
David Muzzatti » i really don’t like mini-vans a lot. It feels like one is driving a bus.
