Hello and welcome to Umar Siddiqi dot com. This is my personal blog. Although it’s against the rules of blogging to have a blog that is not focused on one topic, my blog is exactly like that. I have so many interests in life that I just can’t focus on thing for a long time. From music to photography to politics to technology to movies, I am fascinated by countless things.
Consequently, you will see by blog swinging from one topic to another, although not so abruptly, as I don’t want my readers to run away, but in general my blog does not cover anything specific.
However, what I have been trying to do is share my experiences on this blog. What I go through during everyday life, lessons learnt, I share them on my blog so that others can benefit from my findings. So I will try to keep my posts in form of lessons, or lectures, yet not focusing on a single topic.
In January 2008 I moved to Dubai, UAE, and started a new phase of my life. I reinvented my blog and since them am focusing on posts related to life in Dubai.
Let’s see how my blog ends up in the long run.
