Have you done something in life that just dazzles? Something that jumps out of the page and gets you a scholarship in Harvard Business School? Something that you can tell your friends and kids and grandkids as a fascinating story?
This last movie I watched has inspired me to do something like that. I know I am too old for Harvard and I am not going to beat the casino, but the world is full of opportunities and there has to be something for me.
Coming back to the movie, I always like movies about genius people. That’s why Good Will Hunting and A Beautiful Mind are my favorite movies. Such movies motivate me to do something in life besides sitting on my ass all day and do sales calls (or blog about movies). There is more to life than that.
Another reason I liked the movie was because it was about Blackjack, which I know how to play and have a fantasy of going to a casino someday and beat this game to make millions. The last time I tried this I lost 100 dollars before quitting.
So will I ever have a dazzling story to tell? Let’s see. Check out this blog after an year.
